Step-By-Step
Launch Cisco AnyConnect
In the System Tray, click on the Cisco AnyConnect icon.
Hint: You may need to expose additional icons by clicking the up arrow in the System Tray
Logging In To VPN
After clicking / launching Cisco AnyConnect from the System tray, click Connect then follow the prompts.
Upgrade Cisco AnyConnect (if prompted)
If prompted, upgrade the software
Follow the on-screen instructions
The software will likely suggest to restart your PC after completing the upgrade
Make sure to do that or you will run into issues.
Known Issues & Errors:
Authentication failed
Notify TSU as this is a rights issue
Any other issues?
Most other issues are resolved by restarting your PC
