Cisco AnyConnect VPN | How to log in

Step-By-Step

Launch Cisco AnyConnect

  1. In the System Tray, click on the Cisco AnyConnect icon.

    1. Hint: You may need to expose additional icons by clicking the up arrow in the System Tray

Logging In To VPN

  1. After clicking / launching Cisco AnyConnect from the System tray, click Connect then follow the prompts.

Upgrade Cisco AnyConnect (if prompted)

  1. If prompted, upgrade the software

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions

  3. The software will likely suggest to restart your PC after completing the upgrade

  4. Make sure to do that or you will run into issues.

 

 

Known Issues & Errors:

 

Authentication failed

  1. Notify TSU as this is a rights issue

    1.  

Any other issues?

  1. Most other issues are resolved by restarting your PC

  2. Otherwise contact TSU by email ad4-helpdesk@nycourts.gov
